TERMS OF USE
GENERAL INFORMATION
Request for a quote placed by phone, fax or by the website before 12:00 p.m. CST will be
quoted by the next business day. Orders will normally be ready within 5-7 business days (depending on order size) upon customers'
approval of artwork and payment in full.
PRICES
Price brackets reflect total quantity ordered of one style. Quantities of different styles will be totaled separately.
United Parcel Service or Fed Ex shipping charges include insurance plus a handling fee. Prices are subject to change without notice.
DESIGN PRICES
If artwork is not supplied camera-ready, there will be a $65.00/hour artist fee. Same fee applies to any custom designs where the artist
has to design the artwork for the customer. If a custom logo (companies, clubs, etc.) is to be designed, a $250.00 minimum is charged.
This fee includes a one-on-one with a designer, 3 sample logos to choose from and a copy of your logo saved to disc, which you can have
(upon request).
MINIMUMS
Screen-printed clothing and signs have a minimum order requirement of 12.
There are no minimum order requirements on cad cut (heat transfer) or embroidery.
TERMS & POLICIES
Our normal terms are prepaid but with prior credit approval we also use net 30 days. A Credit Application form is available upon request.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check and money order. There is no surcharge or extra processing fees.
There will be a $25.00 charge on any returned checks. **Any political work done must be prepaid regardless.
PAYMENT
Payment is required in full upon quote approval and order placement.
SAMPLES
Samples are available upon request at no charge to the customer. We reserve the right to substitute colors or sizes on samples.
RETURNS
Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon delivery. Merchandise should be inspected for quality, accuracy and damage during shipment.
Any claims must be made in writing or by fax within ten days of receipt of order. No returns allowed without written notice and without
authorization from Designer Graphics. Returns must be returned according to how they were received. No returns will be accepted on
merchandise that is removed from original packaging.
